• Previous experience in data entry, clerical work, or an office setting

• Meticulous approach to work with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving

Responsibilities
• Accurately input alphabetic and numeric information into databases and software programs
• Carefully read and interpret source documents and enter required data into designated fields
• Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of various data types before entering them into the system
• Compare entered data with source documents to detect and correct any errors
• Maintain operational records and logs, ensuring all data and activities are documented
• Follow organizational processes to safeguard data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
• Establish data entry priorities by adhering to organizational guidelines
• Review, correct, delete, recover, or reenter customer and account data as necessary
• Purge files to remove duplicate information and secure data through regular backups
• Operate office equipment as needed to assist in data entry tasks

Qualifications
• Previous experience in data entry or clerical work
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
