We are expanding rapidly and seeking 100 motivated Destination Experience Specialists to join our growing remote team serving clients in Illinois and across the United States. This role is appropriate for individuals who enjoy helping others plan memorable experiences while working in a flexible, supportive environment. As a Destination Experience Specialist, you will assist clients in researching, coordinating, and customizing destination-based experiences tailored to their preferences. You will serve as a trusted resource, ensuring seamless planning and exceptional client care from initial consultation through completion.

Key responsibilities
• Consult with clients to understand their destination preferences and needs
• Research and coordinate destination options, accommodations, and experiences
• Provide detailed information and recommendations to clients
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
• Collaborate with team members and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the planning process

Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Customer-focused mindset
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or coordination experience is helpful but not required
