Design Operations Process & Systems Analyst

Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead and engage in process testing and day-to-day activities for new system functionalities.
ā¢ Develop standardized labeling processes and ensure their alignment with stakeholders.
ā¢ Collaborate globally to improve service quality and pinpoint improvement areas.
ā¢ Provide first-level support to internal clients, offering clear guidance and troubleshooting.
ā¢ Create and manage documentation for new system implementations and process transitions.
ā¢ Lead project coordination efforts and manage service transitions as a subject matter expert.
ā¢ Ensure compliance with company policies and international labeling regulations.
Skills
ā¢ Proven expertise in IT analysis or related fields, with strong analytical capabilities.
ā¢ Exceptional communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
ā¢ Strong organizational abilities with proficiency in managing multiple simultaneous projects.
ā¢ Keen attention to detail, particularly in data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Skills
ā¢ Experience in project management or leading cross-functional teams.
ā¢ Familiarity with workflow solutions and methodologies for process enhancement.
ā¢ Knowledge of corporate packaging policies and regulatory guidelines.
ā¢ Adaptability in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
