What You’ll Do Lead the visual design process from brief to delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and creativity across all touchpoints.Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to translate campaign objectives into standout design.Supervise and mentor junior designers — reviewing work, giving feedback, and helping them grow.Design for a wide range of formats: social media creatives, brand identities, motion graphics, videos, infographics, and more.Take ownership of timelines, deliverables, and quality standards for all design projects.Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our work stays fresh and relevant.Think beyond execution — contribute ideas, solve problems visually, and add value in brainstorms and strategy discussions. What You’ll Bring 4–6 years of experience in visual design, preferably with a digital-first or advertising agency.Strong portfolio demonstrating work across branding, digital creatives, and motion design.Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.A sharp eye for layout, color, typography, and visual storytelling.Experience in handling multiple projects, prioritizing deadlines, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.A proactive attitude, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage a small team.Passion for great design and an obsession with the details.
