We're looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, education-forward setting. In this role, you'll work side-by-side with top-tier faculty, contribute to the production of high-impact digital content, and ensure every course-online or in-person-is flawlessly executed. What You'll Do • Be the right hand to faculty during virtual and live hands-on workshops • Upload and manage recorded sessions and course content on our platform • Moderate digital course discussions and enhance the learning experience • Collaborate with Product and Marketing Teams on digital content delivery • Maintain dental tools and equipment, troubleshoot issues, and arrange repairs • Manage and reorder clinical supplies to keep our workshops running smoothly • Uphold OSHA and HIPAA compliance across all training environments • Support the setup, breakdown, and logistics for all in-person courses • Assist with high-volume production of in-house dental models Note: Weekend availability is required due to workshop schedules. ✅ What You Bring • 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant • Weekend and evening availability • Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail • Dental Assisting Certification (preferred) • Radiography Certification (preferred) • Familiarity with OSHA/Infection Control standards • Experience with CEREC and Sidexis (a plus!)
