Democratic Telephone Fundraiser - WFH (Open to NC Residents)
About the position
Integral Resources, LLC is a TargetSmart company that does telemarketing, managed by TargetSmart Fundraising Solutions
We are looking for enthusiastic fundraisers to generate donations for democratic candidates and causes.
On a typical shift, a fundraiser will use a script to influence existing or potential donors to donate to a cause or candidate, process credit card gifts, and work with Coaches on the call floor to increase success.
A successful fundraiser must be friendly and persuasive. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Use scripts to provide information about candidates or causes
• Record the doner’s personal information accurately in a computer system
• Correctly code calls
Requirements
• A USB headset
• A computer or laptop
• Ethernet cord
• Reliable Internet connection
Benefits
• Hourly pay is $10.50 per hour, and payday is EVERY FRIDAY
• $2 for every contribution you make, plus additional incentives
• Two weeks paid training
• A minimum of 15 hours is required, but you can work up to 40 hours a week
• Make your own schedule, call when you can
• We work year round, not just during election season!
