Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge - Remote Chat Professional to provide premium support services to our valued clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering personalized solutions, travel, card, and lifestyle services that meet the unique needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities Welcome and provide access to our premium clients upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Take ownership and responsibility for the client's experience from start to finish, resolving issues and concerns in a creative and proactive manner. Utilize a Client's First mindset to address client needs and expectations, providing tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. Offer concierge and lifestyle suggestions, travel counsel, and seamless reservation assistance to enhance the client's experience. Collaborate with our partners to accommodate client needs, ensuring a cohesive and exceptional experience. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the client experience. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Minimum 1-year of late experience handling premium clients in a customer-facing environment. Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience. Proactive and solution-focused approach to customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to charm clients with every interaction. Ability to listen to client needs and provide tailored solutions, resulting in high client satisfaction. Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Capacity to make quick decisions and adapt to changing situations, prioritizing client needs above all else. Proficiency in using technology platforms and the internet to provide support in a face-to-face client environment. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a remote or chat support environment. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms. Certifications or training in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
