Job Summary of Delivery Team Member:
The Delivery Team Member conducts courteous and effective deliveries and pickups for packages and customer orders at FedEx Office under general supervision. Their duties include inspecting shipments to verify they align with FedEx service guidelines and offering relevant customer support.
Responsibilities of Delivery Team Member:
ā¢ Executing responsibilities includes driving a company vehicle and guaranteeing that the vehicles are regularly serviced and cleaned.
ā¢ A central dispatcher will communicate the route details to the courier, with the flexibility to include or exclude stops along the way.
ā¢ Ensure the safe and timely distribution of packages to clients in a specific city or region, following specified delivery timelines.
ā¢ Transport packages safely to and from the vehicle, ensuring proper care to avoid any mishandling.
