You’re strong technically — but you’re worn down by inefficient processes, unnecessary urgency, and firms that confuse long hours with high performance. This role is built for Tax Managers who want structure, clarity, and sustainability, especially this time of year.
This is a fully remote firm using modern systems, realistic workloads, and clear workflows. Clients are established, expectations are defined, and leadership prioritizes execution over chaos.
The Work
• Sophisticated tax work across entrepreneurs, multi-entity groups, and HNW individuals
• Mix of prep and review (no last-minute cleanup roles)
• Ownership of client relationships without constant fire drills
• Busy season expectations that are communicated upfront
Highlights

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Tax Manager or strong Senior ready for the next step
• Experience with 1040s, 1065s, 1120S (some 1120 exposure helpful)
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients
• CPA or EA preferred
Comp & Setup
• $130K–$170K base + bonus
• Fully remote (U.S.-based)
• Near-term start dates available
