Delivery Assurance Specialist (Hybrid)
Quest Global delivers world-class end-to-end engineering solutions and is seeking a Delivery Assurance Specialist. This role involves working with Supply Chain Managers to manage quotes and repairs, tracking root causes of returns, and providing status reports to various stakeholders. Responsibilities Work with Supply Chain Managers to accelerate quotes and repairs and get commit dates for parts Track root cause of returns after unit inspection has been completed Provide status of CRMs to Value Stream Leads Provide reports of CRM turn time Provide weekly CRM tracking slide for PMT meeting PMO Support Track SRI for Legacy Programs and provide status on actions to PM team Collaborate with SRI team to ensure Legacy items are appropriately prioritized Provide a weekly report on SRI to PMO Review mismatch tool (supplier commits) for key parts and escalate significant gaps Skills Bachelor of Science with a minimum of 1-3 years of prior relevant experience SAP experience Experience leading projects Strong communication skills and the ability to present to key stakeholders Ability to create Pareto, bar, and pie charts from data and generate reports Capable of managing large sets of data and dissecting the data Proficiency in Microsoft Excel U.S. citizenship is required Ability to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs Contract background related to the customer return process Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Short/Long Term Disability Company Overview Quest Global is an engineering solutions company that offers a range of services in the engineering and technology domains.
