We are now seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Social Worker NonLicensed 1 or 2 to join our team in Atlanta, GA. About the Role As a Social Worker NonLicensed 1 or 2, you will play a vital role in our organization, performing a variety of education and lay counseling, follow-up, and clerical support functions. You will work closely with our nursing staff, internal and external partners, and clients to provide exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining communication with internal and external partners, assisting with case management follow-up, and providing 75 home visits per month to review Baby Basics and Bright Futures curriculum. Key Responsibilities: Maintain communication with internal and external partners and nursing staff Assist with case management follow-up and provide support to clients Provide 75 home visits per month to review Baby Basics and Bright Futures curriculum Assist with clerical duties, including data maintenance, filing system maintenance, and transactions Comprehend information from HP Medicaid web portal system, immunization schedules, and GRITS system Work collaboratively with the 24/7 Dad program, attending 3 classes in each 12-week session Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and be eligible to be licensed, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and have two years of experience in social service delivery. For the Social Worker NonLicensed 2 position, you will need to have a Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and one year of experience, and be eligible to be licensed, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university and have three years of experience in social service delivery. Preferred Qualifications: Handling customers' complaints and scheduling client appointments Knowledge and usage of hardware and/or software related to the position Ability to translate English to Spanish and Spanish to English orally and in writing Proficient with Word, Excel, and verifying insurance eligibility via insurance websites Ability to maintain routine clerical records, maintain and update filing, and perform basic bookkeeping Ability to prepare all related reports and have 1-year experience in maternal/child programming or services and teaching What We Offer We offer a competitive salary, with a range of $37,108 to $40,344 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
