**Primary Responsibilities**

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* **Computer Savviness**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
* **Excellent Communication and Listening Skills**: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* **Prior Client Service Experience**: Previous experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the insurance industry
* **Insurance License**: A current insurance license is a significant plus
