The Role:
The Technical Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering timely technical assistance and troubleshooting support via email, SMS, and phone. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, clear and professional communication, and a customer-focused approach to ensure a consistently high-quality support experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through thoughtful, timely, and solution-oriented communication.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, SMS, and phone, ensuring a consistent and supportive experience across all channels.
Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer issues efficiently and share insights that improve overall service delivery.
Utilize internal help documentation and tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems quickly and accurately.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams with clear context and urgency.
Accurately document customer interactions and issue resolutions within Salesforce to maintain transparency and support knowledge sharing.
MUST HAVE Skills:
Previous experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM
Familiarity with dealership operations and common automotive industry tools
Position Location:
This is a fully remote position applicants must be based in the Central or Eastern Time Zone and have a reliable internet connection and distraction-free work environment.
