Deal Desk Analyst
Informa TechTarget is a leading company in the B2B technology space, seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to support their sales team. The role involves providing data for pre-sale proposals and managing the contract process to ensure compliance and successful campaign delivery. Responsibilities Executing pre-sale data requests for all Informa TechTarget requests Supporting the sales team on a day-to-day basis, giving them the necessary data and recommendations to ensure a successful campaign Understanding Informa TechTarget’s database and conversion metrics Generate contracts that are compliant with corporate policies, procedures and standards Ability to develop a thorough understanding of processes, product offerings, and appropriate terms and conditions, including but not limited to: Pricing models and discounting Revenue Recognition Approvals collection Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with different internal teams involved in the campaign lifecycle (Campaign managers, Sales enablement, Campaign Operations, Finance and Legal departments, Sales Management, and Products) Skills Bachelor's degree required 1 to 2+ years of relevant, marketing digital campaigns experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to analyze key metrics and interpret them into actionable data points Detail-oriented and extremely reliable – team player A focus on process and standardization Strong organizational skills Possesses a sense of urgency as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize Accurate data entry skills Problem solving ability Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Dealhub a plus Benefits Great community: a welcoming culture with in-person and online social events, our fantastic Walk the World charity day and active colleague groups and networks promoting a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment Broader impact: take up to four days per year to volunteer with a philanthropic organization Career opportunity: the opportunity to develop your career with bespoke training and learning, mentoring platforms and on-demand access to thousands of courses on LinkedIn Learning.
