Virtual DHH Teacher (Part-Time & Per Diem)

VocoVision is seeking qualified Teachers of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) for part-time and per diem remote opportunities supporting California school districts during the 20252026 academic year.
Role Overview:
ā¢ Provide virtual instruction and support to DHH students
ā¢ Collaborate with school staff and general education teachers to promote student success
ā¢ Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and assist with DHH equipment/resource needs
Requirements:
ā¢ Active California teaching certification (CTC)
ā¢ Masters degree in Deaf Education
ā¢ Previous experience teaching in a virtual setting
ā¢ Liability insurance required for all 1099 contract roles
Position Details:
Part-Time
ā¢ Start Date: August 13, 2025
ā¢ Caseload: 2 students
ā¢ Hours: 510 hours per week
Per Diem
ā¢ Start Date: August 1, 2025
ā¢ Caseload: 1 student
ā¢ Hours: 23 hours per month
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
