Job Details
We're looking for someone with 5 +years of credit or Business Banking underwriting experience
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of FHA/VA underwriting
• Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Guidelines
• Renovation, construction and manufactured home experience a plus
• Well-developed understanding of mortgage processing, underwriting, closing procedures
• Property and commercial underwriting experience.
• DE/LAPP/SAR are preferred but not required
• Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work well independently, in a fast-paced environment
• Strong desire to learn and begin a long term career with the right company
