We are looking for Full and Part-Time Day Service Support Workers to join our fantastic team.
Brief duties include:
- To offer stimulating needs based support and development along with safe leisure opportunities and provide full support to the individuals
- To work with individuals to identify their needs and choices for purposeful daytime activities.
- To assist individuals with personal needs including meal time support and personal care.
- Administer medication as required and take responsibility for accurate storing and recording of medication.
A successful candidate will have:
- A caring and enthusiastic attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What would be helpful but not essential:
- NVQ 2 Health & Social Care or equivalent or minimum 2 years' experience working with vulnerable adults
Please note that if you do not already hold an NVQ 2 in Health & Social Care or an equivalent qualification, you will be required to complete this with us
