This role is perfect for someone who understands how to turn a provided lead list into booked calls and signed clients. Part- time, 5-10 hours per week. Hourly + bonus structure. See below. Key ResponsibilitiesExecute high-performing B2B cold email campaigns targeting eCommerce brandsLead scraping finding key contact names and email addresses for provided leadsManage and optimize outreach using Instantly (must be highly proficient)Follow up with leads via email within our CRM systemPersonalize and iterate messaging to improve reply and conversion rates Monitor and optimize email deliverability (domains, inbox placement, warming, etc.)A/B test subject lines, messaging angles, and sequencesTrack campaign performance and continuously improve KPIs (open, reply, booking rates)Collaborate with internal team to align messaging with agency offeringsConvert warm replies into booked calls and qualified opportunitiesQualifications:Ideal CandidateSomeone who treats cold email like a performance channel, not just sending emails, but optimizing a system that consistently generates revenue.Proven experience in B2B cold email outreach (agency or service-based preferred)Advanced experience using Instantly (campaign setup, inbox rotation, scaling)Strong expertise in email deliverability best practicesDomain setup & warmingSpam avoidance & inbox placementTechnical understanding of DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)Ability to write high-converting cold email copy that stands out in an inboxData-driven mindset with strong testing and optimization skillsExperience targeting or working with eCommerce brands is a plusSelf-starter who can manage campaigns independentlyPre-built lead lists of qualified eCommerce brandsClear ICP and targeting directionProven service offerings with strong market demandSupport from internal team for closing and onboarding
