We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Transcriber to convert various forms of data, such as handwritten notes, audio files, or paper documents, into digital format. The role involves ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness in data entry tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Β Listen to audio recordings and transcribe them into digital documents.
Β Convert handwritten notes or scanned documents into digital formats.
Β Ensure data accuracy by reviewing transcriptions for errors or inconsistencies.
Β Organize and maintain data in appropriate formats (e.g., text, spreadsheets).
Β Follow standard operating procedures and data transcription guidelines.
Β Collaborate with other team members to clarify any unclear information.
Β Meet daily/weekly targets and deadlines for data transcription tasks.
Requirements
Β High school diploma or equivalent.
Β Proficiency in typing with high accuracy and speed.
Β Good listening skills, especially for transcribing audio files.
Β Familiarity with transcription software or word processing tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs).
Β Prior experience in data transcription or a related field is a plus but not required.
