What you’ll do • Lead software engineering projects across the product development organization and shape the technical architecture. • Work out the technical scope of cross-team software projects based on the business requirements. • Collaborate with development teams to design robust and performant solutions for SEON and our customers. • Analyze the performance of existing systems and devise improvements. • Document design decisions as Architecture Decision Records and review implementations of technical plans. • Prepare deployment and migration plans and improve deployment processes. • Collaborate with engineering teams to push solutions to production in a timely and efficient manner. • Coordinate with Product Management to prioritize, schedule and deliver new developments. • Work with the SRE team to troubleshoot production issues and enhance observability. • Manage project implementations and coordinate between teams. What you’ll bring • Strong working knowledge of modern web development technologies (two or more of Java with Spring, JavaScript/Type Script, Python). • Experience measuring and improving the performance of distributed systems. • Strong understanding of how web services and SaaS applications work. • Expertise with Amazon Web Services (AWS). • Experience with relational databases (Postgre SQL) and multiple database technologies (e.g., Click House, Neo4J, Redis, Elasticsearch). • Experience with modern Dev Ops tools (Terraform, Kubernetes, Git Hub Actions, ELK stack). • Strong organizational skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
