Data Scientist

They are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to leverage large datasets for actionable insights and to drive business strategy. The role involves statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization to support data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies Develop and apply statistical models and algorithms to generate actionable insights that inform business decisions Design, build, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business challenges, such as forecasting, customer segmentation, and fraud detection Create clear, compelling visualizations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations Present complex data in an understandable format to stakeholders at all levels of the organization Partner with engineering, product management, and business teams to understand their needs, define key metrics, and support data-driven decision-making Proactively identify opportunities to use data to improve processes, products, and services Troubleshoot and optimize existing models and data pipelines Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline 1-2 years of Data Scientist experience Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
