Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.Position Description:Assist in the development and execution of data quality and validation tasks rules to ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets.Conduct data profiling to analyze and assess data quality and completeness and work with senior team members to create remediation recommendations.Maintain and update data catalog systems to facilitate data discovery and metadata management.Collaborate with business and IT teams to support data governance initiatives.Gain familiarity with Datatrust and Microsoft Purview to support catalog and data validation efforts.Develop basic knowledge of relational data models to support data mapping and validation efforts.Education and/or Training:Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Eagerness to learn data governance best practicesRelevant Work Experience:1-3 years’ experienceBreadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or departmentCollecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
