Aristocrat is a leader in online Real Money Gaming solutions, and they are seeking a Data Product Manager to craft their data strategy and develop innovative analytics solutions. The role involves leading the data product lifecycle, collaborating with data engineers, and ensuring effective communication with clients to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.ResponsibilitiesBe a data expert with a deep understanding of data producers, ELT/ETL processes, data consumers, data quality, data architecture, analytics, machine learning, and cloud servicesLead the entire data product lifecycle, including product roadmap development, frequent communication with clients, and translating business needs into PRDs, Features, and User StoriesCollaborate with data engineers and QA teams to finalize the delivery and launch of innovative productsCollaborate closely with the rest of the product organization on new initiatives to facilitate early requirement gatheringContribute to the overall data architecture by investigating data assets, technical platforms, integrations, and processes across functionsBe a hands-on product manager, deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of the data engineering teamCoordinate implementation and release workflows to ensure strict adherence to deadlinesRun the Agile framework, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectivesWork with Marketing to provide Data & BI platform awareness and guides both internally and externallySkillsManaged data products with 1+ year of experience, specializing in data & analytics solutions (Data Lake/DWH/Cloud Service)Experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry, with Sportsbook Data and BI experience being highly beneficialBA/B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or another quantitative fieldUnderstanding of how product use cases affect data modeling, data infrastructure, and data analyticsWorking experience with Snowflake and Azure SQL Data WarehouseDemonstrating proven experience in leading the development of data products by using ELT and Data StreamsOutstanding communication skills in English and strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated track record of delivering significant Business Intelligence through reports, dashboards, and visualizations using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik Sense, or SisenseExperience with product management tools, including Jira, Trello, TFS/Azure DevOps Server, and Monday.comBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off401(k) plan with employer matchingCompany OverviewGamblingCareers.com is the leading job board for the iGaming and Online Gambling industry, dedicated to bridging the gap between talented job seekers and top employers in the sector.
