Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Data Management Specialist with a passion for working with data, basic coding skills, and the drive to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for students or freshers looking to build a solid project portfolio while gaining real-world experience in data management, automation, and scripting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in data collection, organization, and storage tasks.
• Perform data cleaning and preprocessing using Python or Google Sheets.
• Carry out basic data manipulation and analysis.
• Automate repetitive tasks using Google Apps Script.
• Support small web automation or scripting using JavaScript.
• Collaborate with the team to understand project needs and deliver solutions.
• Present weekly updates or project demos in simple, clear language.

Required Skills:
• Basic knowledge of Data Management, Cleaning, Preprocessing, and Manipulation
• Familiarity with Google Apps Script for automation within Google Workspace
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting/data tasks
• Basic JavaScript skills for front-end scripting or tool development
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to adapt, manage time effectively, and work independently

Portfolio Requirement:

Applicants must share at least 1–2 sample projects or GitHub links related to:
• Data automation
• Basic dashboards
• Scripting (Python/JavaScript)
• Google Workspace automation
