Assist in generating reports and extracting data for audits or analyses as needed.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate data entry activities and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure data integrity and quality by performing regular audits and validation checks.
Stay updated on database management practices and software tools to enhance data entry processes.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members.
