[Remote] Information Technology Project Manager

The role involves driving end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical and program management expertise in planning, execution, and leadership of projectsDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocationsMonitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomesHelp uncover and coordinate strategic dependencies across teams, both by facilitating Big Room Planning, and through coordination across execution to remove major impediments to accelerate inter-team velocityAct as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, business leaders, and technical teamsFacilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholdersProvide clear and consistent project updates, including executive-level reportingPartner with architects, engineers, and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with standardsUnderstand and communicate technical dependencies, risks, and trade-offsGuide teams through technical decision-making while balancing business prioritiesIdentify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues that may impact project successDevelop contingency plans and escalate critical blockers as neededChampion project management best practices, tools, and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)Ensure projects adhere to compliance, security, and quality standardsIdentify process improvement opportunities across teams for large-scale delivery and orchestrationSkillsBachelor's Degree in Relevant FieldLegal authorization to work in the US is required.
