Data Extraction Consultant
Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Payroll/HCM practice
ADP client is implementing ADP Lyric HCM and is requesting assistance with extracting employee data from their current WinTeams system.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Work with client team to review current system utilization, locations of required data, and scope of extraction requirements
ā¢ Provide expertise around data mapping requirements
ā¢ Assist the client with extracting all necessary master and balance information for import/validation/testing/parallels
ā¢ Communicate with Client Team and ADP Implementation Team providing timely updates on work product
Note: Client may also need support with the UAT phase of their implementation of Lyric. This may be in scope, or partnering with another consultant to support this need.
Required Qualification(s):
ā¢ Proven expertise in the extracting and mapping of data to ADP Lyric
ā¢ Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive solutions around best data extraction methodologies
ā¢ Familiarity with WinTeams system is a plus
Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start date, supporting through live date of 12/20/25 first time entry, 1/6/26 is first live pay date.
Level of Effort: Part Time to full-time, as needed to meet project deadlines for a 12/20/2025 completion date
Working Hours: Varied - client in EST
