About the position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will operate data entry devices, such as keyboards and computers, to verify and input critical data. While we offer a flexible work schedule with the potential for hybrid work arrangements, initial training will be conducted fully onsite.
Responsibilities
Ā Read source documents (e.g., canceled checks, sales reports, bills) and accurately enter data into specified fields or onto storage devices.

Ā Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data prior to entry.

Ā Identify and correct data entry errors, reporting issues to supervisors as necessary.
,
Ā Compare entered data with source documents to ensure accuracy.
,
Ā Maintain logs of activities and completed work.

Ā Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Ā High School Diploma or GED required.
,
Ā 5+ years of related experience in data entry or a similar role.
,
Ā Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ā Strong verbal and written communication skills.
,
Ā Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
,
Ā Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
,
Ā Capable of accurately documenting and recording customer/client information.
