**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by processing orders, coordinating shipments, and working with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery. You'll serve as a liaison between customers and the sales team to provide seamless communication throughout the order process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Accurately enter customer orders and follow through from start to finish
* Organize shipments by coordinating with logistics providers and internal teams
* Track orders and handle customer inquiries regarding delivery, adjustments, and credits
* Manage contracts and assist with release schedules in collaboration with the sales team
* Answer inbound customer calls and provide timely, helpful responses
* Maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and customers
* Support warehouse operations when needed
**Qualifications:**
* At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a product-based or call center setting
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Familiarity with ERP systems
* Solid arithmetic skills (basic math with decimals)
* Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
* High school diploma required, with a preference for an associate's or bachelor's degree
