Duties
Ā Process and record incoming payments accurately in the system.
Ā Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring all information is current and correct.
Ā Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Ā Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up with clients as necessary.
Ā Organize and file financial documents systematically for easy retrieval.
Ā Transcribe data from various sources into databases while ensuring accuracy.
Ā Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies related to accounts receivable.
Ā Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the finance team.
Requirements
Ā Proven experience in an accounts receivable or similar role is preferred.
Ā Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ā Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Ā Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ā Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
