* Investigate and troubleshoot issues with soft drink dispensing equipment
* Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
* Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on dispensing hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
* Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and cooperative at all times
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet client needs
**Essential Qualifications**
* Secondary school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
* Valid driver's license
* Technical aptitude to repair machines
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Flexibility to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays as needed
