Responsibilities:
Ā Enter data from various sources into our system accurately and efficiently
Ā Verify accuracy of entered information by reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering data as necessary
Ā Maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive information handled during the process
Ā Organize files, records, and documents for easy retrieval as needed
Ā Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Ā A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
Ā Prior experience in data entry is preferred but not mandatory.
Ā Demonstrated ability to work with speed while maintaining accuracy.
Ā Familiarity with agriculture fishing & forestry industry terminology would be an advantage.
