β Document Processing: Handle financial statements & transaction records.
β Records Management: Maintain organized digital filing systems.
β Quality Control: Review data for accuracy & completeness, flag discrepancies.
β Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports and support data analysis tasks.
β Confidentiality Compliance: Ensure data security & follow privacy protocols.
β Administrative Support: Assist team members as needed.
β Education: High school diploma required (Associateβs degree preferred).
β Experience: 1+ years of data entry experience.
β Typing Speed: 35+ WPM with 80% accuracy.
β Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) & database management.
β Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and discrepancies.
β Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
β Confidentiality: Must maintain sensitive financial data security.
β Reliable Home Setup: Computer, secure high-speed internet (25 Mbps min), quiet workspace.
Remote Work Experience β Prior work-from-home experience is a plus!
Understanding of Data Privacy Regulations β Familiarity with financial compliance.
Experience with Digital Document Management Systems β Streamline file handling.
