What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain effective systems to ensure the timely release of accurate information to clients
- Handle the intake of program-specific correspondence, including mail and inbound faxed documents
- Log information into the appropriate database and triage program-specific mail to the relevant teams
- Conduct payer research and manage territory assignments
- Distribute reports daily and comply with program policies and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with data entry and database management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Previous experience in administrative support or data entry roles
- Familiarity with reimbursement processes and payer research
- Proficiency in using database management systems
