Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Independently keying data into work orders with precision and accuracy, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective service. Meeting or exceeding weekly targets for data entry and processing, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively. Collaborating with vendors to obtain missing information, showcasing your communication and interpersonal skills. Conducting audits on invoices to identify and dispute unnecessary or unreasonable charges, highlighting your attention to detail and analytical abilities. Tracking and reporting cost savings achieved through your efforts, providing valuable insights that inform business decisions. Communicating effectively with the Customer Service Management (CSM) team, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional customer service. Participating in special projects as assigned and completing other duties as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt. What We're Looking For To succeed as a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you should possess: Essential Qualifications An Associate's Degree or relevant experience, providing a solid foundation in data entry and administrative tasks. Excellent keyboarding skills with a strong focus on accuracy, ensuring high-quality data entry. Good organizational abilities and familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, to efficiently manage data and complete tasks. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Salesforce, enabling you to navigate our system with ease and leverage its features to enhance data entry and customer service. Familiarity with material handling and aerial equipment, providing a deeper understanding of our industry and clients' needs.
