Ā Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
Ā Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
Ā Reviewing data for errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
Ā Keeping information confidential and secure
Ā Ensuring proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions
Qualifications
Ā Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position
Ā Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
Ā Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
Ā Great attention to detail
Ā Confidentiality
Ā Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
