Key Responsibilities
Accurately input data into our system using a steady flow of images
Identify document types based on provided information
Review and ensure the accuracy and quality of entered data
Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in line with HIPAA standards
Collaborate professionally with team members
Suggest improvements for job processes
Complete daily tasks efficiently
Perform other basic office duties as needed
Hourly Pay and Schedule
$12 per hour
Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with a preference for full-time
Minimum of 20 hours per week required
Shifts available between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm CST, Monday to Friday
What We're Looking For
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and maintain focus
High attention to detail and efficiency
Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions
Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality
Proficiency in reading and speaking English
Typing Speed Requirements:
50 WPM with 95% accuracy
4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy
