Role Overview
As a Data Entry Representative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes. You'll be responsible for entering information provided by policyholders into our system, interacting with various internal departments, and supporting team activities.
Key Responsibilities
Accurate Data Entry: Input claim line items efficiently using our data entry program.
Collaborate and Communicate: Engage with internal departments daily and participate in team meetings.
Additional Tasks: Perform other related duties as assigned to support team goals.
What We're Looking For
Typing Speed: Ability to type 50 words per minute.
Experience: At least 1 year of office or administrative data entry experience.
Schedule
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Includes a rotating Saturday shift approximately every 4 to 6 weeks, with a day off during the week.
Compensation
Pay Rate: $21 per hour on a W2 basis.
