Enter and update data into company databases accurately and in a timely manner.
Verify and ensure the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
Maintain and organize physical and digital records according to best practices and company policy.
Assist in data cleansing and removal of duplicate records to maintain data integrity.
Generate and maintain reports on data entry metrics and updates for performance evaluation.
Collaborate with team members to identify areas needing improvement in data processes and workflows.
Respond to data requests and inquiries from various departments, providing necessary information promptly.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in similar position.
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently without direct supervision in a remote environment.
Good organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and departments.
Knowledge of data protection regulations and data entry best practices.
