Data Entry Operator - Clerk / Typing Remote
Position Summary
The Remote Data Entry Operator / Clerk plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. This position is exclusively available to candidates residing in the United States and offers the opportunity to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Entering customer and account data from source documents.
ā¢ Data Entry and Data Managing on the system (Excel).
ā¢ Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
ā¢ Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
ā¢ Collate, organize, and capture data into digital databases.
ā¢ Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data.
ā¢ Computer Fundamentals, MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel,)
ā¢ Info / Data collection from different websites or sources and entry in the given template
ā¢ Assist to Sales/Marketing team for various supports
ā¢ Any other task assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent
ā¢ Proven track record in data entry or a related field
ā¢ Proficient typing skills with a strong focus on accuracy
ā¢ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
ā¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
ā¢ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
ā¢ Strong verbal and written communication skills
ā¢ Previous experience in eye care or healthcare data entry is advantageous
