Responsibilities
Enter and manage legal data in case management software with high accuracy.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files.
Assist in the preparation of legal documents by gathering necessary information.
Review and verify the completeness of data entries and documentation.
Support attorneys and legal staff by providing timely access to case-related information.
Perform basic legal research as needed to support case preparation.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in legal studies is a plus.
Experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a legal environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
