What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately input and update data across multiple databases, including participant information, program outcomes, and financial records
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies
- Perform regular data audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist in the preparation of data summaries and presentations for internal and external use
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost care, ensuring compliance with privacy policies and regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data management software (e.g., Salesforce, Google Sheets)
- Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
