Key Responsibilities:
Β Enter and update data in our database with accuracy and attention to detail.
Β Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Β Verify and correct data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
Β Assist in the development and maintenance of data entry procedures and guidelines.
Β Collaborate with team members virtually to ensure data integrity and support program initiatives.
Β Generate reports and summaries as needed for program evaluation and decision-making.
Β Perform routine backups and data maintenance tasks.
Β Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Β High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related field is a plus.
Β Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
Β Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Β Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and data entry software.
Β Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Β Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Β Ability to work independently in a remote setting and as part of a virtual team.
