Data Entry Executive
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our databases and systems.
Responsibilities
• Organize and maintain files and databases in a secure and confidential manner
• Input data from various sources into the computer system
• Transcribe information into required electronic format
• Check completed work for accuracy and make any required changes
• Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
Requirements
• Proficient in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
• Familiarity with databases and data collection methods
• Strong organizational skills to manage large amounts of data efficiently
• Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is a plus

Pay: $17.10 - $19.94 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
