The role involves requirement gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into AI-ready requirements, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary bridge between “what’s needed” (business) and “what’s possible” (technical) to ensure stakeholder alignmentLeads requirements refinement, including current/future state analysis, requirements documentation, prioritization, feasibility alignment and stakeholder alignmentDocument user, functional and AI-specific requirements including data inputs, model output, user interaction workflows with acceptance criteria aligned to business outcomes and system behaviorOwns User Acceptance Testing planning and executionPartners with Testing team to ensure requirements are testable and the solution is ready for releaseSkills8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Clinical Systems Support, or Clinical Operations Technology with AI experience mustMust understand GXP system validation processMust be familiar with AWS environmentsMust be able to quickly learn to use new systemsStrong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skillsExperience gathering and documenting business requirements and process flowsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience working within Tier 1, 2, and 3 support modelsStrong, clear, concise written and oral communicationAbility to self-motivate and work independentlyProvides proactive status updatesExperience working for pharmaceutical company in developmentKnowledge of clinical operations processes and GxP/regulatory environments is preferredFamiliarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., model outputs, evaluation, prompt-based systems, agent workflows)Experience supporting AI/analytics use cases or data productsExperience working with iterative/experimental delivery models (0→1 prototyping)Basic SQL skills for data analysis and data verificationBasic Python skills for data analysisCompany OverviewLenora Systems brand represents a dedication to providing high-quality IT professionals who can get job done.
