Key Responsibilities

Enter data into multiple systems and databases with speed and precision, adhering to established data‑entry standards.
Review and extract information from documents, spreadsheets, reports, and scanned images to populate digital records.
Organize, categorize, and tag data to facilitate easy retrieval, reporting, and analysis.
Utilize pivot tables, formulas, and other data‑analysis tools to transform raw data into meaningful summaries and visualizations.
Transcribe audio recordings, handwritten notes, and other non‑digital materials into accurate, searchable text.
Maintain up‑to‑date, error‑free records by performing regular audits and reconciling discrepancies.
Perform routine administrative duties such as filing, scanning, printing, and document management.
Develop a deep understanding of careerzynith’s proprietary systems, workflows, and data‑entry protocols.
Identify, report, and resolve data inconsistencies, ensuring the integrity of all information assets.

Essential Qualifications
