Support backend office operations by completing assigned administrative tasks.
Perform regular system updates and ensure database organization.
Collaborate with team members to address any immediate needs or issues.
Conduct follow-up communications to ensure deadlines and requirements are met.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, edit, and maintain files.
Scan, type, and perform calculations as needed to support office operations.
Engage in frequent check-ins to align with team objectives and contribute to a cohesive work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry, with proficiency in 10-key typing.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for document and data management.
Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Experience with scanning, typing, and performing basic calculations.
Capability to manage and organize files systematically.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Expected salary: $20.9 - 24.2 per hour
