In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems while ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision.Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into the database accurately and efficiently.
Review and verify the accuracy of the data before entering it into systems.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and client records.
Assist in the preparation of regular reports on data accuracy and entry progress.
Ensure data integrity through routine quality checks and audits on entered data.
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in data records.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or similar role with a strong focus on accuracy.
Excellent typing skills with a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data entries.
Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Expected salary: $17 - 22 per hour
