Accurately enter and update data in various software applications and databases.
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering it into the system.
Perform regular data maintenance and cleanup to ensure data integrity and security.
Assist in generating reports and summaries from the data as required by management.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve data discrepancies or issues.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
