Responsibilities
Ā• Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.

Ā• Read and visually verify information in various formats for accuracy and completeness.

Ā• Enter and retrieve information from computer databases to update records and answer inquiries.

Ā• Verify information in documents or on computer screens for accuracy.

Ā• Operate standard office equipment such as telephones, fax machines, and photocopiers.

Ā• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.

Ā• Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.

Ā• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.

Ā• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Ā• Identify and recommend new ways to increase organizational efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
Ā• Ability to enter and retrieve information accurately using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball.

Ā• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Ā• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
